OUR EXPERTISE
CP’s projects are focused on underdeveloped (infill) sites and underperforming assets within the urban fabric of our region's neighborhoods. Our projects are selected because of their proximity to transportation, employment and amenities. We evaluate every site for long-term structural demand and potential to attract a high-quality tenant base. We build in areas where we can benefit from and expand on existing infrastructure and amenities.
